Life Shaping uses personal coaching to customize the
course material to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
With the assistance of a coach you can learn how to apply
extraordinary concepts and techniques to define your
desires, design strategies to achieve them, and experience
the joy of attaining them.
Coaching allows you to create the
changes you desire in life, with strong support and
inspiration. The course is delivered through a series of
educational, experiential, and interactive sessions. Each
session will be 30min-60min by phone once a week for
approximately sixteen weeks.
Sessions can be held privately, or in groups.

you wish to start your Life Journal again you will have to
start from scratch and build a new Life Journal!
When you Cancel your Life Shaping Membership you will no
