Shipping Policy
Items ordered will be shipped within 1-10 days of receiving orders. In
most cases they will be shipped out in a 2-3 day handling period. They
will be shipped via US Mail. If for any reason you need to know more

Return Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel
it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as
simple as possible.
Wishing Puffs and Prayer Pillows are one of a kind items and
non-refundable.
Life Shaping Presentations are non refundable. Each purchase allows for
viewing five times so customers have multiple opportunities to complete
the presentation. Moon Enterprises is not responsible for any
disturbances, conflicts or disruption of service on the user’s side. If
you have a unique issue and feel services have not been provided by
fault of Wisdom Woods you may contact customer service and adjustments
will be made on an individual basis upon review.
All other products purchased may be returned in original condition for a
refund minus shipping fees and a 20% restock fee. Items must be returned
with within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund and be
accompanied by a written request and legitimate reason for return.
